iQOO is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong. iQOO is high performance premium smartphone brand. The company was founded on 12 February 2019 as a subsidiary of the smartphone manufacturer Vivo. iQOO - which stands for 'I Quest On and On'. The company owned by BBK Electronics. BBK saw the rise in the market for a gaming smartphone and wanted to get into the market this gave birth to the brand iQOO and Gagan Arora was appointed as CEO.

iQOO aims on people whose highest priority is gaming. With this distribution of brands, they can offer different smartphones at different price points which helps them to easily conquer the entire market.

Now the company become operate independently from vivo. It has debuted in India on February 2020 as an Independent brand. iQOO is also a performance focused sub-brand giving more importance to build and market their phones specifically for gaming and other performance intense tasks.

The smartphone iQOO 3 introduce on 25th February 2020 is their first smartphone with Snapdragon 865 giving a competitive advantage for the gamers. The company has an office in Bangalore and the smartphones sold in india are manufactured in the facilities of vivo.

Between 2020 - 2021 the iQOO has introduced 6 smartphones in Chinese market and one smartphone in the Indian market as of February 2021.

For manufacturing iQOO will share Vivo's facilities in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
