Amazon will provide virtual medical services to Hilton employees

Amazon and Hilton had reached a cooperation on virtual medical services , and the two parties did not disclose the financial details of the transaction. Amazon has a service called "Amazon Care", which provides medical services on demand. Users can contact clinicians through messages and video chats. In some cities, door-to-door services are also available. In 2019, Amazon began a pilot program in Seattle to provide medical services to employees, and this summer began to sell Care to companies across the United States.

The agreement with Amazon is Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc.), the transaction means that Hilton has become the first hotel customer in the Care business and the second customer disclosed by the company. The first is fitness equipment manufacturer Preor .

As of December 31, 2020, Hilton has approximately 141,000 employees worldwide. From next year, Hilton employees participating in the corporate health plan will be able to enjoy Care services. In other words, employees can communicate with clinicians of Care Medical, which provides services exclusively for Care users.
