Ola Electric has unveiled the Ola S1 and S1 Pro two-wheeled electric scooters, which will be priced around $ 1,350 and $ 1,750. Ola Electric claims that these electric scooters are designed in India for the world to provide the consumer with the best possible user experience. Deliveries will begin in October.

The scooters received a 7-inch touchscreen display with protective glass, an eight-core processor, and 3 GB of RAM. The scooter will notify the owners of the theft, it supports Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi has built-in speakers. The older model Ola S1 Pro is additionally equipped with cruise control, a decent hold system, and onboard navigation.

There is a mono-shock at the front, disc brakes, and wide 110/70-R12 MRF tires at the back. The scooter uses contactless unlocking, which recognizes when you are approaching or leaving. It can also be locked or unlocked using the screen on the scooter or via the mobile app.

The company has created a new scooter operating system called Ola MoveOS. The Hyperdrive motor has a power of 8.5 kW. The S1 has a top speed of 90 km / h, while the Ola S1 Pro will have a top speed of 115 km / h. Acceleration from 0 to 40 km / h takes 3.6 and 3 seconds, respectively.

The Ola S1 has a battery with a capacity of 2.98 kWh, which allows you to travel 120 km without recharging. The Pro has a 3.97 kWh battery, the largest battery ever on an electric two-wheeler made in India. The power reserve is 180 km.

Ola also unveiled a 750W portable charger and plans to build its Hypercharger network across India, allowing users to recharge up to 75 kilometers in 15 minutes.
