Boeing plans to establish three 737-800BCF aircraft modification lines in North America and Europe

Boeing plans to add three 737-800BCF modification lines in North America and Europe and has signed an order for 11 freighters with Ice as a starting customer for one of the new lines.

According to reports, Boeing plans to open a conversion line at London Gatwick Airport in 2022. In addition, Boeing plans to open two conversion lines in British Columbia, Canada in 2023.

Boeing also said that it had almost overcome the production barriers of the 787 Dreamliner, and reiterated that the time to resume normal delivery depends on the outcome of negotiations with regulatory agencies.

For most of the past year, Boeing stopped deliveries of the 787 Dreamliner. In July, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration stated that some aircraft of this model had manufacturing quality problems.

It was previously reported that the current monthly production of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner remains at about two, which is far lower than the 14 before the new crown epidemic.
