BYD announced the sales data of various models in September

BYD shares released the September 2022 production and sales report on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today. The sales volume of new energy vehicles in September was 201,259 units, compared with 71,099 units last year, a cumulative year-on-year increase of 249.56%.


In addition, BYD's official blog released the sales data of specific models, including:

  • The Han family sold 31,497 vehicles in September, with a cumulative sales of over 330,000 vehicles

  • The Tang family sold 15,058 vehicles in September, with a cumulative sales of over 380,000 vehicles

  • The Song family sold 46,475 vehicles in September, with a cumulative sales of over 1.34 million vehicles

  • The Yuan family sold 23,503 vehicles in September, with a cumulative sales of over 370,000 vehicles

  • BYD Seal sold 7,473 vehicles in September

  • BYD destroyer 05 sold 9,101 units in September

BYD Dolphin sold 24,956 units in September, with cumulative sales exceeding 150,000 units

BYD previously stated that the company's new energy vehicle operation footprint covers 6 continents, more than 70 countries and regions, and more than 400 cities. In addition, BYD plans to participate in the Paris Auto Show this month and bring its new energy passenger vehicle product matrix to Europe. It is expected to be released and delivered in Europe in the fourth quarter of this year.
