China is completing the construction of a wind tunnel capable of simulating speeds up to Mach 30

China is building a JF-22 hypersonic wind tunnel that can simulate Mach 30. More precisely, we are talking about a speed of 10 km / s at an altitude of 40-100 km.

The JF-22 will be the world's most advanced and fastest wind tunnel. The construction is planned to be completed next year. The object will be used to create hypersonic and aerospace aircraft, as well as for weapons.

The construction of the facility started back in 2018. At the same time, they talked about the length of the pipe at 245 meters and the speed up to Mach 25, but by the current moment it was possible to raise the projected figures.
