China: The new Tesla Model S & Model X electric vehicles have landed in stores

Tesla, the world's leading electric car maker, has officially launched its new Model S and Model X electric vehicles in the Chinese market. The company announced the prices of these new models in January this year and has now confirmed that the vehicles have arrived in Tesla stores across the country.


Faster, Stronger, and Smarter Travel Experience


The new Model S and Model X are faster, stronger, and smarter than their predecessors, providing an enhanced driving experience for Tesla customers. According to the official Tesla website, the dual-motor all-wheel drive version of the Model S starts at 789,900 yuan, while the Model S Plaid three-motor all-wheel drive version starts at 1,009,900 yuan. The dual-motor all-wheel drive version of the Model X starts at 879,900 yuan, while the Model X Plaid three-motor all-wheel drive version starts at 1.0399 million yuan.



Impressive Performance and Range


The new Model S has a CLTC range of 715 kilometers, a top speed of 250 kilometers per hour, and an acceleration of 100 kilometers in just 3.2 seconds. Meanwhile, the Model X has a CLTC range of 700 kilometers, a top speed of 250 kilometers per hour, and an acceleration of 100 kilometers in just 3.9 seconds.


Innovative Features and Design


Tesla's new Model S and Model X feature several innovative design elements and technology upgrades. The new Model S boasts an all-new powertrain, a panoramic glass roof, and a 17-inch infotainment screen. The Model X has a Falcon Wing rear door design that adds to its unique appearance and a 22-speaker sound system for an exceptional audio experience.


Expanding Tesla's Presence in China


The launch of the new Model S and Model X in China is a significant move by Tesla to expand its presence in the world's largest automotive market. The company has been gradually increasing its sales and production capacity in China in recent years and now operates a Gigafactory in Shanghai.
