China: To combat online infringement and piracy four departments launched the special action

Conduct centralized rectification of infringing acts such as dissemination of online literary works through websites, social platforms, browsers, and search engines.

The second is to strengthen the copyright supervision of online platforms, investigate and deal with the sale of infringing products through short video platforms, live broadcast platforms, and e-commerce platforms in accordance with the law, and resolutely rectify infringements that abuse the "safe haven" rules, consolidate the main responsibility of online media, and promptly deal with infringing content and Repeatedly infringing accounts will facilitate rights holders to protect their rights in accordance with the law.

The third is to strengthen the copyright supervision of new online formats such as NFT digital collections and "script killing", and severely crack down on the unauthorized use of other people's works of art, music, animation, games, films, and television to create NFTs, make digital collections, and sell pirated script scripts through the Internet.
