The Citymobil taxi call service team announced a major update of the mobile application for drivers and couriers. Moreover, the developers conducted a large-scale study to find out the wishes of taxi drivers and couriers regarding the working application.
In honor of the restart of the mobile application, Citymobil launched a campaign with outdoor advertising in Moscow and St. Petersburg with an appeal to drivers who once worked with the service, but stopped.
Billboards call: "Come back, we fixed everything." Also, in support of the new application, a video was shot with an appeal to the drivers of the director for work with drivers Ashot Voskanyan. In the video, the top manager admits that the application was not very convenient before, and some things needed to be improved.
After the update, the application was renamed to CityStart - the new name was also chosen after interviewing drivers.
According to the developers, the new application is based on a “convenient map” - drivers will be able to select the desired layers themselves. Zones with increased demand are visible in the "Odds", the "Geominimal" displays the minimum guaranteed price of a trip in each zone, and at "Gas stations" it is easy to find the nearest gas station and refuel directly through the application by paying for fuel from the balance.
Also, a simple switch of operating modes appeared in the application. The desired mode can be selected with one movement. Options are "On Line", "Home" or "Not Working" and - for airports - "Get in line". The list of tariff and service settings has become clearer and more convenient. The main menu contains important information about the driver's work: the level of motivation, rating and balance. The statistics of earnings is also visible: the driver immediately sees the amount that he will receive in his hands.
