Disney has successfully invited Apple's former Apple Arcade creative director Mark Bozon to join its team, responsible for integrating many of Disney's existing resources for the development of the metaverse.

Previously, he worked at Apple for 12 years, during which he held various executive positions. He left Apple in May 2022 and was hired by Disney to be responsible for the development of the Metaverse and to integrate many of Disney's existing resources to create an excellent Internet experience.

His new title at Disney will be Vice President, Next Generation Storytelling Creative Experiences. The current Walt Disney CEO Bob Chapek, who took over last year, made a high-profile statement at the Boston event before that Disney will enter the metaverse, and in the future will turn Disney World into a virtual, and even a real Disney. The paradise merges with the virtual world to create a whole new world. The virtual reality "metaverse" is Disney's future.

He will report to Mike White, Senior Vice President of Next Generation Storytelling and Consumer Experience, and will be responsible for leading the creative vision for Disney's Next Generation Storytelling strategy and defining and designing new, interconnected storytelling experiences.
