"Genshin Impact" officially apologizes for the "log in and payment abnormal" problem

The latest official description of "Genshin Impact" shows that the payment problem has been fixed at 12:40 on 2022/07/13. Products that cannot be obtained normally will be reissued to the traveler's account within a maximum of 24 hours.


It should be noted that players who use the iOS terminal to recharge need to cancel the payment after clicking on any item in the "In-Game Paemon Menu-Mall-Condensation Crystal" interface, in order to receive the reissued items normally. Travelers who use other terminals to recharge do not need to perform additional operations.


At the same time, "Yuan Shen" officially apologized for the inconvenience caused to players by related issues, saying that 120 rough stones will be compensated, and corresponding compensation will be issued within 12 hours.
