Honda has finally revealed the name of its first electric SUV as well as some details regarding the launch time. According to Roadshow, the company revealed that the car will be called the Prologue and will arrive in early 2024, and there is also a promised Acura SUV that will arrive sometime in 2024.
The company hasn't given many details about what the Prologue will entail, although it has previously clarified that both the Prologue and its Acura counterpart will be powered by GM's Ultrium batteries.
The Prologue may be one of the most important Honda cars in recent history. It is worth noting that the company plans to switch to fully electric vehicles by 2040, with 40 percent of sales of the main market using either batteries or hydrogen fuel cells by 2030.
