It is known that Apple TV owners receive voice feedback while navigating the screen and applications, as they hear these clicking sounds with every action you take using the remote control, but not everyone is fond of these sounds, which causes a problem for some, but fortunately, these sounds can be turned off, as follows:
How to turn off sounds on Apple TV
If you don't spend much time configuring things like restrictions, users, or screen savers, you probably didn't notice the Navigation Clicks option in Settings, and that's the exact setting you need to turn off those click sounds when using your Apple TV.
Select Video and Audio.
Scroll down to Audio.
Choose Navigation Clicks Off.
You can also easily re-enable click sounds again later if you like.
