China-based Ninebot has announced that its domestic shipments of smart electric vehicles have exceeded 1.5 million, setting a new industry record. The company achieved this milestone in March 2023, marking a significant achievement in the rapidly expanding electric vehicle market.

Industry-Leading Sales Growth

Ninebot's sales growth has been nothing short of remarkable. The company set an industry sales record in 2020 by selling over 100,000 vehicles in its first year of operation. In 2021, the company's sales grew nearly 300% to 420,000 vehicles, demonstrating strong demand for its smart electric vehicles.

Jiuhao Electric's Innovative Products

Jiuhao Electric has been at the forefront of the electric vehicle industry, launching a range of innovative products such as the C series, B series, E series, F series, and M series. The company's ZEROLIMIT innovative controller boasts a battery life of 95Km, making it an attractive option for consumers looking for reliable, efficient transportation.

Impressive User Base

Ninebot's success can be attributed in part to its impressive user base. The company has accumulated more than 10.6 million cycling users and over 10 million registered users of its travel app. These figures demonstrate the growing popularity of electric vehicles in China, where consumers are increasingly turning to greener modes of transportation.

Expanding Production Capacity

Ninebot is not resting on its laurels and has plans to expand its production capacity in the coming years. The company's second production base will be put into operation in October 2022, increasing its total production capacity to 2 million vehicles in 2023. The third-phase plant is also in the works, with production capacity expected to reach 3 million vehicles by the end of 2024. The smart electric vehicle factory park in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, already spans 220,000 square meters, and these expansions will further increase the annual output value to over 10 billion yuan.
