From June 1, 2021, Google will stop offering unlimited free storage space for Google Photos, this means that all photos and videos uploaded, from now on, will count against the free storage space of 15 GB available with A Google account already shared with Gmail, Drive, and Docs.
But there is always the option to pay for additional storage via Google One, and in case another cloud is already available and you want to move all your photos and videos to iCloud, OneDrive, etc., here's how to do it.
Open takeout.google and sign in with your Google account credentials.
Click on the Uncheck All check box and then scroll down and choose the Google Photos option.
Now, click on the All Pictures Included in Photo Album button and select the albums you want to download.
Next, select these options under Choose file type, frequency, and destination.
Delivery method: Email the link.
File type and size: zip
Select File Size: Here you can choose from 2GB to 50GB, and Google Photos will automatically split your download package if you exceed the limit set for each package.
Now, scroll down and click the Next Step button.
Then, click on the Create Export button.
Once downloaded, unzip all the files into one folder.
Now, open your favorite cloud service and log in. Upload all downloaded data.
