NASA Extends Goddard Logistics, Technical Services Contract with TRAX International Corporation

NASA has made a move to extend the duration of the Goddard Logistics and Technical Information II (GLTI II) Services Contract with TRAX International Corporation of Las Vegas. The agency has awarded a modification to extend the period of performance of the GLTI II contract, which is a cost-plus, fixed fee with technical performance incentive fees. The contract extension is for six months, with two three-month options, and has increased the contract value by $56,888,646 for a total of $418,673,120.

If the options are exercised, the period of performance will be extended for one year to January 31, 2024.
