Overwatch 2 will reduce the difficulty of unlocking new heroes

One of the biggest changes in Blizzard's Overwatch 2 (Overwatch: Return) is that it has been changed to a free-to-play mode, but new heroes need to be unlocked through a combat order. Previously, new players who wanted to obtain new heroes could only buy advanced battle passes or upgrade the free battle pass to level 55. Today, Overwatch 2 producer Aaron Keller announced a new change. After investigating the data from the first season, the new hero Ramasha has been reduced to level 45. It just got easier.

The second season of Overwatch 2 will be launched tomorrow (December 7). The new reloaded hero La Masha, new maps, new mythical skins, new game modes, and other content will be launched soon.

However, with the breakdown of the cooperation between Blizzard and NetEase, Overwatch: Return (Overwatch 2 national server) will be terminated at 0:00 on January 24, 2023, that is, it will not be able to play for more than a month after it goes online, according to the release rhythm of new heroes in the game, La Masha is basically the last new hero of Overwatch: Return.
