Tesla's 9,000th supercharger in mainland China landed

Tesla officially announced that Tesla's 9,000th super charging pile in mainland China officially landed. According to the official information released by Tesla, the 9000th super charging pile built by Tesla China has landed in Yiyang, Hunan. Previously, Tesla China added 48 supercharging stations and 198 supercharging piles in July, which have been launched in 33 cities (counties) across the country.


Tesla has built and opened more than 35,000 super charging piles globally; more than 1,200 supercharging stations and 8,900 super charging piles have been built and opened in mainland China, with more than 700 destination charging stations, 1,800 Multiple destinations charging piles, covering more than 370 cities and regions.


Tesla's super charging network now covers 100% of all provincial capitals and municipalities in mainland China , and has achieved full coverage of prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong, Guizhou, Shanxi, and other places. In addition, Tesla has built 100 super charging stations in Beijing, providing a total of 890 fast charging piles.
