Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown delayed to Q1 2024

Nacon, the publisher of the upcoming open-world racing game Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown, has announced that the game has been delayed to the first quarter of 2024. The game was originally scheduled to be released in 2023, but Nacon said in a recent financial report that it needs more time to polish the game.

"We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown," Nacon said in a statement. "We believe that an additional few months of development will allow us to achieve this goal."

Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown is being developed by Kylotonn, the studio behind the recent WRC games. The game is set on the fictional island of Eden, which is inspired by the French Riviera. Players will be able to explore the island freely, race against other drivers, and customize their cars.

The delay of Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown is a blow to fans of the series, but it is understandable given the ambitious scope of the game. Nacon has a good track record with racing games, so it is likely that Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown will be worth the wait.
