Apple launches Ask Apple event to let developers connect directly with experts

According to Apple's official website, Apple today announced the launch of Ask Apple, according to Apple, this is a new series of interactive Q&A and one-on-one consultation activities, providing developers with more opportunities to interact with and Communicate directly with Apple experts for insight, support, and feedback.


Developers participating in Ask Apple can consult on a variety of topics, including testing the latest seeds; deploying newly released or updated frameworks at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC); adapting to new features such as Smart Island; Developing accessibility features with Swift, SwiftUI, and prepare apps ahead of time for the new OS and hardware releases, and more. Ask Apple is free of charge and open to all members of the Apple Developer Program and Apple Developer Enterprise Program.


Through Ask Apple, developers can ask questions to members of various Apple teams through Q&A on Slack or one-on-one "office hours" consultations. Through Q&A, developers can connect directly with Apple evangelists, engineers, and designers to resolve doubts, share insights, and connect with other developers around the world. Office Hours is all about creating and distributing great apps that take advantage of the latest technology and design. Developers can seek code-level assistance, design guidance, support for deployment technologies and frameworks, advice on troubleshooting issues, or help with the App Store Review Guidelines and distribution tools. Office Hours will be available in various time zones around the world and in multiple languages.

Ask Apple to build on successful programs like Tech Talks and Meet with App Store Experts, which have provided developers with more than 200 live talks and thousands of hours of "office time" over the past year.


Ask Apple is an ongoing series with the first round of events running from October 17th to 21st. Members of the Apple Developer Program and Apple Developer Enterprise Program can visit Ask apple to register and get schedule information.
