ByteDance Announces Employee Benefits Upgrade

ByteDance announced yesterday that the employee holiday and health benefit plan has been upgraded, adding "family care leave", 10 working days per year; the number of "full-paid sick leave" days has increased from 4 working days in half a year Up to 12 working days a year. In addition, bereavement leave is each two more working days than the previous holiday.

Public data shows that ByteDance has more than 110,000 employees worldwide and its business covers more than 150 countries and regions.ByteDance’s full-year revenue in 2021 is about $58 billion, a year-on-year increase of 70%, a slowdown from 111% in 2020.
