Chen Yilun, Ph.D. graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Michigan.


He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University.


Before joining Huawei, Chen Yilun worked as a technical expert and project manager at Eaton, an intelligent power management company, and joined DJI as the chief engineer in 2017.


In 2018, Chen Yilun joined Huawei as the chief scientist of the autonomous driving department, responsible for perception technology.


Chen Yilun has published more than 30 papers, which have been cited more than 2,000 times by peers, and has 16 invention patents .
