The team of the Odnoklassniki social network announced the launch of a new function in the mobile application. Now, using OK on your smartphone, you can determine which song is playing nearby at the moment.
Music recognition "by ear" is implemented using ShazamKit operating system iOS 15. Accordingly, it is available only in the latest version of the iOS application OK for users of the operating system iOS 15. The developers plan to add a similar feature to OK for Android in the future.
You can determine the name and author of the track sounding nearby inside the OK application, and then immediately listen to it in the music service of the social network. To do this, you need to click on the song recognition icon in the "Music" section. To quickly search for music, you can use a long press on the OK application icon on the home screen: the "Recognize music" option is available in the quick actions menu.
