According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, at 11:01 on December 4, 2022, Beijing time, the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft and the space station assembly were successfully separated.

Before the separation, the astronaut crew of Shenzhou 14, with the cooperation of ground scientific and technical personnel, completed the on-orbit rotation with the crew of Shenzhou 15, the status setting of the space station assembly, the sorting and downloading of experimental data, the cleaning and transfer of materials left in orbit, etc. Before the evacuation, we waved goodbye to the astronauts of Shenzhou 15. In the follow-up, the return module of the Shenzhou 14 manned spacecraft will choose an opportunity to re-enter and return under the control of the ground command. Astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang, and Cai Xuzhe, who has been on a business trip for 183 days at the Chinese space station, are about to embark on a journey home.

According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, the crew of Shenzhou 14 will return to the Dongfeng Landing Site tonight. At present, the Dongfeng landing site and various test systems are also ready to welcome the astronauts home.

The Shenzhou 14 mission is the first manned flight mission during the construction phase of my country's space station. During the mission, the space station experienced 9 configurations and implemented 5 rendezvous and docking, 3 separation and evacuation, 2 Transposition, 3 times out of the cabin, completing the construction of the Chinese space station with the basic configuration of Tianhe Core Module, Wentian Experimental Module, and Mengtian Experimental Module, and build a national space laboratory. With many configurations, new status, and dense missions, the astronaut crew of Shenzhou 14 is also known as the busiest crew.
