Skoda Vision 7S initial concepts from the new Skoda era

Skoda has long been developing a new design language in order to change the brand's image and even somewhat reposition it inside the Volkswagen Group. It's called as " Modern Solid " and it wasn't for nothing that it was introduced at Skoda's annual conference as Skoda's largest makeover since joining the Volkswagen Group, although maintaining its "Simply Clever" concept. This new design is based on cleaner lines, which are already apparent in the shape of a new batch of electrified and urban SUVs.

A model that is now known as the Skoda Vision 7S, a concept that is anticipated with two initial sketches that enable us to see officially and in greater depth the major lines of Skoda's new age.

A cleaner line design

Some lines that shape a new SUV, whose internal technology has not been released (though it has long been claimed that it is 100% electric), but it does suggest a break from the sharp and muscular shapes of the recent Skoda vehicles. Smooth and transparent surfaces now prevail on its side, with just two lines of tension, one from the end of its new headlamps, now vertical and located squarely in the corners, and one from its fender.

The front is the part that changes the most. The new Skoda grille is significantly larger and flatter, as well as black and closed, and it is attached to the two T-shaped headlights by two lines in its top portion. However, a tough image is not missing owing to its hood with a slit in the middle with the term "Skoda" -there is no sign of the logo- and also a distinctive bumper with aluminum protection and seven air intakes set vertically, one of which is dressed in orange. The icing is applied to massive aerodynamically tuned wheels.

Robust, efficient, extensive, and sustainable

Skoda intends to convey an image of robustness and functionality in this new "Modern Solid" language and this Vision 7S concept in the absence of seeing it physically, while maintaining an aerodynamic and efficient bodywork, while its interior, as they point out, will stand out for its spaciousness and durable and sustainable materials.
