The Ford Bronco upgrade succeeds in the United States

Some Ford Bronco owners say they appreciate their vehicles, that they perform admirably on and off the road, but that they wish they had a bit more 'chicha' when they accelerate completely. Ford has taken note in order to accommodate these drivers' requests, yet the difficulties persist. Since October, Ford Performance has provided the option of enhancing performance without resorting to expensive and time-consuming procedures that clog the car in the workshop. It is a simple procedure within the limits of what is achievable and at a very appealing price.

What does it entail?

This upgrade is only available for 2.3-liter four-cylinder Ecoboost gasoline engines built between 2021 and 2022. They boost their horsepower from 300 to 330, while their torque climbs by 81 Newton meters (from 440 to 521 ). With these stats, the Bronco's V6 falls short of producing the same 330 horsepower and 563 Nm torque, while it is true that the 'taste' left by a six-cylinder is not comparable. Furthermore, as suggested by Ford, this technique improves sound. The surgery will cost 825 USD, or around 835 euros at current currency rates. In terms of time, the process takes a couple of hours to finish. On the downside, according to American sources, this modification necessitates the use of higher octane fuel.
