The Last of Us Part III: New Developments

According to a reliable leaker known as ViewerAnon, who has previously leaked accurate information about The Last of Us TV series and Crash Bandicoot 4, Naughty Dog's next major game project is The Last of Us Part III. ViewerAnon has also shared some new details about the game's development.

First, it appears that Ellie will still be a major character in The Last of Us Part III. This is not surprising, as she was the protagonist of the first two games. However, it is interesting to note that ViewerAnon says that Ellie will not be the only playable character. This suggests that The Last of Us Part III could feature a similar structure to the first game, where players could switch between Ellie and Joel.

Second, ViewerAnon says that The Last of Us Part III will be set five years after the events of The Last of Us Part II. This means that the game will take place in a post-apocalyptic world that is even more dangerous and chaotic than the one we saw in the previous games.

Finally, ViewerAnon says that The Last of Us Part III will be a "darker and more emotional" game than its predecessors. This is not surprising, given the tone of the first two games. However, it is still a bit concerning, as it suggests that The Last of Us Part III could be a very depressing game.

Of course, it is important to note that these are just rumors at this point. Naughty Dog has not officially announced The Last of Us Part III, so we should take all of this information with a grain of salt. However, ViewerAnon has a good track record of leaking accurate information, so it is possible that these rumors are true.

We will have to wait and see if The Last of Us Part III is actually in development. If it is, we can expect to hear more about it in the near future.
