The Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission also issued the "Henan Provincial Satellite Industry Development Plan" this month. The "Planning" proposes that by 2025, the scale of the province's satellite industry will reach 20 billion yuan, and an industrial system covering satellite manufacturing, application services, and R&D innovation will be initially formed.

Promote the construction of full-chain satellite industry clusters in Zhengzhou and Hebi City, support Luoyang, Xinxiang, Xinyang, and other cities to strengthen satellite manufacturing supporting industries, encourage the differentiated development of satellite application industries in various regions, and form a "2+N" satellite industry development pattern.
